Talking Point

TP. Network

"Having an industry mentor makes all the difference when you are starting out. I can't believe how much advice, contacts and opportunities I've been given! "

The TP. Network provides a range of information, workshops and one to one sessions which ensure mentees are industry ready and armed with the right contacts and knowledge to progress their career in Feature Film and HETV.

One element of this scheme is time spent with an established industry mentor, who provides insights and advice on how to work effectively in their chosen department. Our mentors are established practitioners working at a supervisory or head of department level on feature films and high end tv drama. Recent productions they have worked on include 1917, Mission Impossible – Fallout, Kingsman 3, Aladdin, The Crown (Netflix), Maleficent 2, The Favourite, Four Weddings and a Funeral (2019), Artemis Fowl, Detective Pikachu, Beauty and the Beast, Bohemian Rhapsody, Star Wars – The Rise of Skywalker, The Last Jedi, The Force Awakens, Rogue One and Solo.

We work with up to 10 individuals in each round, for a period of 3 months.
Membership cost is £125 +VAT and via application process.

Bursaries for travel/acccommodation, fees and child/dependent are available thanks to the Film Skills Fund, please ask us about this if you think you may be eligible and would like to apply.
